I got that chart from tae kim’s Japanese grammar guide. I changed some of the kanji to hiragana so that it was easier to understand. It shows how you would change a verb into the humble or honorific form. You would here this a lot from servers or cashiers, so it’s good to be able to understand it.　You would conjugate those according to u verb and ru verb rules.
